| Are these classes online or in person? | Online! Via Zoom. |
| How long are the workshop sessions? | Depends on the author’s preference, but normally 1.5 to 2.5 hours. |
| Will the sessions be recorded? | Yes! All recordings will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your last class session. |
| How long will recordings be available? | Recordings will be available for a week after the last class period has ended. |
| Where can I find handouts / recordings / registration links? | These will be emailed to you from The Button Poetry Team |
| Are these workshops for good for beginners? | Yes. All workshops welcome poets of all levels and interest. |
| I bought this workshop for someone else. How can I give them access? | If you are gifting a Button U workshop, you MUST enter the recipients email address into the “Gift Note” field while checking out. If you do not complete this step, the recipient will not receive any class communication and you will have to reorder the product. |
| Does Button Poetry offer scholarships or any discounts? | We are not offering scholarships at this time, but hope to offer them in the future. If you would like to donate a workshop, please reach out to us at suppor@buttonpoetry.com |
| Can you switch workshop class periods? | No, you are not able to switch class periods after purchase. Please reach out to support@buttonpoetry.com for extenuating circumstances. |
| I have a conflict and cannot make a class, do you need to let us know? | No! No need to let us know. All class recordings will be sent within 48 hours from the end of your class session. |
| When will registration close? | The day before the first class, or when all class seats sell out. |
| Refund Policy | Workshops will be refunded 100% before the first session. After that, classes are prorated at $25/session. You must request to cancel no less than TWO WEEKS before your first class session to be eligible for a refund. After your initial class, you must notify us 24 hours before any class to be pro-rated the rest of your workshop if you can no longer attend. |
| When should I receive the link? | One week before class and each day of class! If you registered within the week before class, you will receive registration information the morning of. |
| Can I still attend class but only through the recordings? | Yes, many students only attend on their own schedule via their recordings. |
| Is there a syllabus? | Course agenda will be solely up to the author and will be discussed during your first class period. |
| Is this live or previously recorded? | All workshops are live and interactive! |

| How do rolling enrollment workshops differ from standard workshops? | Standard workshops occur over 4 or 6 weeks and have a fixed length and every student must sign up for every session. Our rolling enrollment workshops continue for multiple months and allow you to sign up for 4 weekly sessions whenever works best for your schedule. |
